With relatively little fanfare, two networks recently took a big step toward rendering your new flat-screen TV obsolete. Hulu.com, a joint venture of NBC and Fox, now streams full episodes of over 400 television shows. It’s a helpful place to catch up on The Simpsons or The Office, and a dangerously addictive trove of vintage boob-tube archives.
