Best Intense Workout

  • Warrior Fitness Boot Camp

29 W. 35th St., nr. Fifth Ave., third fl.; 212-967-7977

Each session includes lunges, push-ups, hurdles, and jumpsquats, plus Rocky-style sprints up multiple flights of stairs. A good portion of the drills are done with a partner. Fell and Belliard say that teamwork is part of the learning experience—or maybe they know you need support to make it to the end.
