    As good as FreshDirect is, aspiring locavores won’t find enough local-seasonal-organic-grass-fed-cruelty-free goodies there to keep them away from the Oreos. For that, there is Good Food to You, which sources all of its fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products from family farms, many of them local. Deliveries are weekly or biweekly, and the goods are unimpeachable: cage-free eggs from Columbia County; raw honey from Stockin’s Apiaries in Strasburg, Pennsylvania; cream-line yogurt from Meadow Creek Farm in Interlaken, New York. It’s easier than lugging home an organic-cotton tote full of beets from the Greenmarket every weekend. And almost as virtuous.
