    As craft-project mavens may have noticed, paper shops are dwindling. Former wrap-and-scrap store Kate’s Paperie, for example, has closed all but one of its five New York stores. But fear not: Paper Source has quietly set up a small but mighty shop in Cobble Hill, peddling papers from India, Italy, and Japan, plus ecofriendly card stock in dozens of colors, and plenty of DIY knickknacks—at prices that would make Kate’s blush. The store also holds weekly workshops on topics such as bookbinding and stamp-making (from $25).
