    Wolford may have a run on the indestructible hosiery market, but Gigi Kwon’s boutiques are a sanctum for crocheted socks and leg warmers, zippered leggings, and wildly patterned tights. Among her more than 50 made-in-Japan designs (from $20) are seamed fishnets, pinstripe leggings, and tights with lace racing stripes up the back. Kwon, a Parsons grad who worked for Vivienne Tam and mostly takes her design cues from Japanese streetwear, has attracted a bevy of fearless fashionables, including sworn tights fanatic Anna Sui.
