A few years ago I started the now-tradition of sending my mom a wreath for the holidays. It's not that we were ever big on Christmas— we didn't always have a tree, and we didn't get loads of presents. But I've noticed that my mom gets into it more the older she gets, so I try to partake in some way. I now present you with this year's wreath. I like the pine cones because you can leave them out when the holidays are over without looking ridiculous, they're non-denominational, and this lovely round could sit on a table with a huge candle in the center ($36).
