I always say, the best way to score shoes on sale is to look online. Saks and Bergdorfs' actual shoe departments were mobbed last week, and are looking very picked-over even though it’s only the first mark-down. So, I head for Neiman Marcus online, where there are Manolos and Marcs galore. Or, a simple sandal like this one from Kate Spade.
