I must thank the PR person at Yohji. If it weren’t for her comment that she didn’t find my Best Bets product request interesting enough (I wanted to run a pair of super-cool bedazzled socks), thereby really pissing me off (and it takes a LOT to do that), I would have never left work early and gone wandering around Chelsea — finding fabulous things for y’all. (Sidenote: Adding insult to injury, I had just bought a pair of Yohji pointy sneakers and it was too late to return them out of spite). Anyway, I bopped by Loehmann’s 4th floor and it's packed with new racks of stuff from Dolce, Michael Kors, Valentino, Paul Smith and Alberta Feretti. Go now! I scored a weird but cool Moschino skirt for $169 (originally $500). Next stop: Old Navy, where I saw this cute tweed coin purse for — hello! — $3.50. There, I feel better. Don’t you?
