Have you been struggling with finding the right way to tell your hip, bell-bottom-wearing, Afro'd teenager the real facts about sex? Well, it's your lucky day, because blogger and comics artist Andrew Farago has dug up The Amazing Spider-Man vs. The Prodigy, a sixteen-page mini-comic from the seventies co-published by Marvel Comics and Planned Parenthood. In it, Spidey foils a diabolical alien who's been telling impressionable teens that sex is fun and pregnancy "will clear up your acne." Why is he doing it? Because he wants to kidnap their babies for slave labor on his home planet, obviously.
The whole comic is priceless, including the part where Spidey thinks, "What jive stuff this turkey hands out!"
