It may be short. It may contain no images from the actual upcoming season. It may be relentlessly downbeat, and it may bear some grim bad news for a character we love. Nevertheless, everything about this short HBO teaser for the upcoming season of The Wire makes us irrationally happy. A new day is not dawning? McNulty is drinking again? Hell yeah!
