Producers of the leakiest movie since Cloverfield, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, have settled a lawsuit with Tyler Nelson, the talkative extra who gave away details of the film's plot in a newspaper interview. A court ruled that the actor "knowingly violated the agreement that he signed when he was cast to appear" in Skull, and though the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, we look forward to reading all about them in Nelson's next interview with his hometown paper, the Edmond Sun.

But it's not all good news for Steven Spielberg today, as one budding archaeologist was able to excavate the film's set and make off with "confidential and proprietary materials" including computers and photographs used on the production.

A spokesperson for the director is worried that the thief may try to sell them. "We want to warn the media that anything that is offered is stolen property," he said. "We know it is out there."

Well, we certainly hope someone buys the pictures! Indiana Jones 4 comes out on Memorial Day, meaning there are only eight and a half months left for someone to spoil its ending. Come on, TMZ.com, take one for the team! Either that or Spielberg should take a page from Radiohead's playbook and release the movie next Wednesday, done or not!
