Emerging artist to watch Jamie Isenstein has a magic-themed spectacle up at Andrew Kreps through next weekend. Surprisingly enough, her Magritte-esque saw player (shown in the gallery via DVD projection) manages to maintain an air of dignity despite his absurdist portrayal. A note to children: Never play a saw while wearing a tuxedo with a top hat over your head without parental supervision. —Rachel Wolff
