“Senso Unico,” P.S. 1’s current survey of the eight biggies in contemporary Italian art, features work by the spectacle-loving Francesco Vezzoli, nude-performance enthusiast Vanessa Beecroft, and Pietro Roccasalva, whose demonic (and presumably narcissistic) parrot suggests a Technicolor (and adorable!) take on Hitchcock’s The Birds. —Rachel Wolff
