This track by the London duo Partyshank is heavy and crude, but still considerably more subtle than you might expect given that it's a song called "Penis vs. Vagina." [Discodust]
5. The Blood Brothers, "Peacock Skeleton With Crooked Feathers"
After ten years of getting screwed by various record labels, Seattle's greatest experimental hard-core band the Blood Brothers called it quits today. This cut from their 2004 album Curses is a fine example of their peculiar mix of inscrutable lyrics, unhinged shrieks, and surprisingly tuneful hooks. [Indieblogheaven]
