Not only isn't the fake New York cover on which Jodie Foster appears in the trailer for Nim's Island the first time New York's made an appearance on the big screen — it's not even the first time Jodie Foster's been on a fake New York cover! Well, sort of. At left, a mock-up of the New York cover used in The Brave One. (The final version, we're told, had more of a silhouette deal going on as the magazine speculated about who the subway avenger could be.)
