‘Girls Next Door’ Reveal Themselves As Truly Compelling

Hardy T&A seekers have surely discovered that this chronicle of the lives of Hugh Hefner’s blonde brood is actually all about character development — or at least it was as it came into its own in Season Three. Hefner's main squeeze, Holly, focuses on her career as an apprentice editor to the magazine. Tomboy Kendra learns to race cars (and crashes). Bridget, well, she pimps out a golf cart. On DVD, everything’s unbleeped and unblurred — which, we must add, is notable mainly because of Kendra’s potty mouth.
