Latest R. Kelly Breach-of-Contract Lawsuit Not as Funny as Previous One

R&B star Ne-Yo is suing Vulture buddy R. Kelly, alleging that Kelly booted him as the opening act on his current Double Up tour because Ne-Yo was getting a better reception than he was. The lawsuit has been made available online over at the Smoking Gun, but we'll warn you, it's full of boring legalese and makes for pretty dry reading — especially when compared to this other breach-of-contract lawsuit filed against Kelly in 2005. In it, Jay-Z, another former Kellz tourmate, claims the singer was prone to crying fits and cut short a concert in St. Louis to work the drive-through at a local McDonald's. Nice try, Ne-Yo — let us know when you have some real allegations.
