Ryan Seacrest's Baby Face to Return to TV in ‘Gladiators 2000’

Good news for Ryan Seacrest completists who worry that the ubiquitous American Idol host just isn't on TV enough. According to the Hollywood Reporter, MGM TV distribution is shopping reruns of Gladiators 2000, a mid-nineties American Gladiators spinoff for kids, which was hosted by Ryan Seacrest, who was 19 at the time of the show's premiere but in the precious, precious video above looks about 13. Our favorite part is when he runs around with the muscle suit, dodging tennis balls.

As the repackaging of a show he appeared in while barely out of puberty might cause Seacrest some serious embarrassment, we imagine that he'll just shrug, put his nose to the grindstone and re-tape his host sequences in every one of Gladiators 2000's 39 episodes against a green screen, to be digitally inserted into the original footage. Such is the work ethic of Ryan Seacrest!

Also, we hope they change the title to — at leastGladiators 2010.
