Last night, American Idol traveled to Atlanta, where Randy, Paula, and Simon had previously discovered the hidden talents of Clay Aiken, Fantasia Barrino, and Jennifer Hudson. Sadly, the singing abilities of this year's 12,000 auditionees didn't even add up to one Clay Aiken, though it did equal several Ludacrises (see above). Thankfully, last night's episode was the final one before Idol moves to Hollywood to select its top twelve, so — theoretically, at least — the show should get less terrible soon.
