World's Greatest Blogger Kanye West Goes Behind the Scenes of ‘Where the Wild Things Are’

We've long maintained that the best way to keep up to date on any subject — from ecofriendly architecture to flight-simulation technology, from current trends in bathroom-fixture design to the latest innovations in hand puppetry — is to read Kanye West's blog, whose breadth of coverage and depth of analysis rival the combined efforts of every newspaper, magazine, and competing blog in existence. And, while we here at Vulture think we've done a pretty good job keeping you posted on the making of Spike Jonze's film adaptation of Where the Wild Things Are (we did review the top-secret screenplay, after all), we'll admit we never thought to visit Jim Henson's Creature Shop in Hollywood where they're building the movie's animatronic creatures. Unsurprisingly, Kanye did, and, naturally, he got pictures (like the one above, at left). Henceforth, we cede all coverage of everything to him. Kindly redirect your bookmarks and RSS subscriptions.
