Bad news for fans of graphic sex scenes interspersed with unbearable marital tension! HBO's relationship drama Tell Me You Love Me has officially been canceled. "We were unable to find the direction of the show for the second season," says creator Cynthia Mort, but we're pretty sure that HBO objected to Mort's plan to have the second season open with an hour of explicit poolside penetration shots between Jane Alexander and the pizza-delivery guy, followed by an hour-long therapy session in which Adam Scott weeps uncontrollably and cuts himself.

So long, prosthetic penises and mysteriously revealed nuts: The Season of the Wang is truly over.
