The Verdict: Plenty of questions go unanswered in the new teaser trailer for next summer's McG-helmed reboot of the Terminator franchise (what happened to humanity? How is this version of the future different from the way Sarah Connor envisioned it? Will Terminator Salvation feature regular-looking Terminators too, or just these giant crazy-looking ones?), but the only thing we're really concerned about is why Christian Bale looks like he's dressed in one of those silly French Revolution–style uniforms that Coldplay have been wearing to promote their new album. Could the machines simply be trying to rid the earth of dopey piano balladry? If so, then maybe they're not as bad as we thought!
