IFC Films Buys All Four Hours of ‘Che’

Following evidently erroneous reports that Mark Cuban's Magnolia Films had picked it up, Steven Soderbergh's Che has been sold to IFC Films for North American distribution. The four-hour, two-part epic will play in New York and Los Angeles for a week in December, qualifying it for the Oscars; then, in January, IFC will release it simultaneously in theaters and through on-demand cable, so as to better facilitate your bathroom breaks.
