Sadly, Zhang Peng's nefarious, semi-terrifying mermaid, shown here, wasn't outfitted for $39.99 with a costume from Ricky's — but don't you sort of wish you could be her for Halloween? She'll be up at Eli Klein Fine Art next Saturday.
