"Brother Sport," a phrase which sounds an awful lot like "support your brother" when chanted in the song, is seemingly about — and this is so Animal Collective — a boisterous and tender sibling pep talk. The band’s newest studio track (it has been featured in their live shows for more than a year), it's about as “poppy” as anything they’ve done, with choral harmonies that build to what sounds like a rave. Just great.
