The fate of the Watchmen movie now rests with U.S. District Court judge Gary Allen Feess following a decision from Warner Bros. and Fox to forgo a jury trial in their battle over the distribution rights. Since Feess already decided on Christmas Eve that Fox owns the movie, we can't imagine things going WB's way when he makes an official ruling on January 20, but hope springs eternal, we guess!
