Technically he's 19, but come on. After Ryan Gosling, Emile Hirsch, and Sam Worthington all passed on the role purportedly because of scheduling conflicts, producers of next year's Green Lantern movie are now rumored to be considering Anton Yelchin to play womanizing test pilot Hal Jordan. We liked Yelchin in Charlie Bartlett, we guess, and he's playing a young Kyle Reese in Terminator: Salvation and Chekhov in J.J. Abrams's Star Trek reboot — but surely the fact that he's barely old enough to have a pilot's license or womanize would seem to be an issue. The movie's not due for release until next December, though, so at least he'd be able to celebrate its success on DVD with his first legal beer.
