Spider-Man Musical Gets a Name and a Start Date

Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark, Julie Taymor's long-anticipated musical based on the web-slinging superhero, featuring music from U2's Bono and the Edge, is set to debut on Broadway on February 18, 2010. Though Evan Rachel Wood has been attached to play Spidey's love interest, Mary Jane Watson, there's been no official word on which actor will be brave enough to attempt the unenviable task of singing rock ballads through a full-face Spider-Man mask.
