Watchmen Illustrator Complicit in Movie’s Changed Ending
In November, when we spoke with Dave Gibbons, illustrator of the original Watchmen graphic novel, he told us that Zack Snyder had asked him to do storyboards for a few scenes in the upcoming movie adaptation that weren't in the comic, but he wouldn't elaborate. Yesterday, he confirmed to the Times' Dave Itzkoff that one of those scenes was the movie's new squidless ending. [NYT]
