Friday Night Lights Renewed!

When was the last time you heard good news about a show on NBC? As previously rumored, Friday Night Lights has just been picked up for a mind-exploding two additional seasons, thanks to the Peacock's deal to share it with DirecTV. So it'll be back this fall (and next!) on DTV with thirteen new episodes, which will air on NBC next January (and January 2011!) for the rest of us. [Ausiello Files/EW]
