Extra Features Missing on Slumdog Millionaire DVDs

What started out as a bad day for Fox just got worse. Turns out there is a bad batch of Slumdog Millionaire DVDs floating around that do not contain the special features that are advertised on the box (deleted scenes, making of, etc.). Still no word on the subtitles, though. [DHD]
