Hulu Inks Deal With Disney

  • 4/30/09 at 1:15 PM

Hulu, which recently overtook Yahoo as the third-largest destination for people to watch online video (it still trails YouTube and MySpace), just added another jewel to its crown. It has inked a deal with Disney wherein popular ABC shows like Lost, Grey's Anatomy, and Desperate Housewives, and Disney Channel programs like Wizards of Waverly Place will now be shown on the site alongside hits from rival networks like Fox and NBC. CBS, meanwhile, seems perfectly content doing nightly radio broadcasts of their biggest hits to their audience of senior citizens crowded around ancient RCA transistors.* [TV Week]

*We're just kidding, we know they've got that whole TV.com thing going on.
