In Treatment, Gina: Hello Mother, Hello Father

Paul needs to decide whether Gina’s his shrink or his friend — and whether he’s really up for either side of therapy. She convinces him that he needs to wrestle again with his undead past (his father left, his mother had a breakdown), and that he can’t reunite with lost-love Tammy while they’re both her clients. He lets slip that Alex, like his mother, was acting out by showing what damage he could do to himself; Gina won’t tell the lawyers. Paul calls Tammy, ostensibly to understand his mother’s first suicide attempt. This is going to end badly; we can hardly wait.
