According to Eli Roth, while on the set of Inglourious Basterds, Quentin Tarantino found himself inspired not by the likes of Sam Peckinpah, but rather by Judd Apatow (of all people). So sayeth Roth: "We joked about the line in Knocked Up where they go, 'Munich [is about] Jews kicking ass.' Quentin was like, 'No, no, no. This is the movie they were talking about in Knocked Up! This is Jews kicking ass.'" [Ace Showbiz]
