The 2009 Pulitzer Prizes were announced at Columbia University earlier today, and the big winners in the letters, drama, and music categories included Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout, Ruined by Lynn Nottage, The Shadow of Sirius by W.S. Merwin, and Double Sextet by Steve Reich.
