Vulture would like to wish a speedy recovery to Jay Leno, who called in sick for the Tonight Show after checking himself into a Los Angeles–area hospital. Fingers crossed that his trip to the E.R. will be as swift as Josh "Gas Pains" Hartnett's was. On a related note, we think we know someone who recently moved out to L.A. who probably could've filled in as a guest host, just this once. [HR]
