New York’s Awesome Apocalypse: Exclusive Comics Excerpt From Bob Fingerman’s From the Ashes
Like so many before him, cartoonist Bob Fingerman thinks New York is due for destruction. And when the city is reduced to rubble and no one is left but Bob and his wife, what next? Well, how about a little celebration? After all, Bob hates pretty much everyone, and his wife spent every day of her pre-apocalypse life glued to her BlackBerry. In a lot of ways, a hellish, cannibal-strewn wasteland is an improvement.
Vulture's Comics Page is proud to present an exclusive five-page excerpt from the first issue of From the Ashes, Bob Fingerman's gloriously misanthropic new comics series. Issue No. 1 comes out next week from IDW.
