The ballot for Emmy nominations was posted on the awards' official site on Friday night, and L.A. Times awardologist Tom O'Neil noticed immediately that Lost's Terry O'Quinn isn't on it. Did he forget to submit his entry form? Or did he not feel that the ghost of Jacob's nemesis who inhabited Locke's dead body this season was given the material to warrant a trophy? [Gold Derby/LAT]
