With Paula Abdul and 19 Entertainment still bartering over a fair price for her lucid musical criticism, E's Marc Malkin hears that noxious adjudicator judge Kara DioGuardi has already negotiated a return for a second year of American Idol. Claims Malkin's source: "Her deal is done. There are no ifs, ands, or buts. Done. She will be back." Though it's sad news for us and the majority of Idol viewers, this shouldn't come as much of a shock, since we're sure her salary is a pittance compared to what everyone else at the judge's table earns. We just hope they'll pay her a little extra this year to not write another "No Boundaries."
