Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler suffered minor injuries to his head, neck, and shoulder last night when he fell backwards off the stage at a South Dakota concert while performing "Love in an Elevator," ironically. He was airlifted to a nearby hospital, ending the show halfway through. "I hope he's okay," said a superfan in the front row. "I could care less about the concert being canceled." [AP]
