It takes a brave studio to release a trailer for another ostensibly nerd-targeted movie on the same day Fox deigns to give us the one for Avatar. Now that we've seen both clips, though, we think we're more excited for Joe Johnstone's The Wolfman. Its reshoots and three release-date delays don't exactly bode well, and it probably won't save movie theaters, cure cancer, or sell many hilarious-looking blue action figures, but the cast (Benicio Del Toro, Emily Blunt, and Anthony Hopkins) is pretty terrific, and nothing seems dangerously amiss in these two minutes. So what the heck — count us in! It's not like there'll be anything else to go see in February, anyway.
