Those irascible gossiphounds at TMZ have learned that David Letterman's frequent "hiking" companion, one Stephanie Birkitt (a.k.a. Vicki, a.k.a. Dutch, a.k.a. Monty), has been banned from the CBS set of the Late Show with David Letterman. That's a tough break for Birkitt, but we have a suggestion that ought to help her feel better: Stephanie, the next time you hit a karaoke bar, be sure to request 2 Live Crew's "Banned In The U.S.A."
