Matthew Broderick Given Another Week to Learn His Lines

After Monday night's mostly disastrous preview performance of The Starry Messenger, which saw Matthew Broderick repeatedly reading off a TelePrompTer that was placed in the front row of the theater, producers of the show decided that they needed to take action. Consequently, the opening of Kenneth Lonergan's new play has been pushed back by one week and will now officially launch on November 23. [Gatecrasher]
