Public At Large Overwhelmingly Ignores Vulture’s Anti–‘Don't Stop Believing’ Stance

Back in May, your friendly Vulture editors wrote a minor rant that took the makers of Glee to task for their overwhelmingly annoying take on the already overexposed "Don't Stop Believing," a version that anyone of sound mind and body would recognize is vastly inferior to Petra Haden's joyously original a capella take. Well, just goes to show you what we know: Today comes news that the cast of Glee's cover just went gold, which means that 500,000 people shelled out 99 of their hard-earned pennies to download the song. Frankly, we're crushed. [TV Squad]
