Despite mixed reviews by all but a few brave critics, 2012 made a whopping estimated $23 million last night. It seems Vulture contributor Dan Kois's four-star review in the Washington Post was on the money, and as the author of another favorite 2012 review, Mary H.K. Choi said on The Awl, "haters can suck it."
