GQ’s Verge blog talks to Mad Men star Bryan Batt today about Sal Romano’s spotty future on the show: “[December 31] was when my contract was up. And I haven’t been told of anything since then, so right now I’m a free agent … Matt doesn’t reveal very much, not even while we’re on the show. I wish I knew more, and it’s an odd limbo to be in, but that’s my situation. I did see him at the SAG Awards last week, and everything seemed fine. I’m just hoping they’ll use Sal for something in the new agency.” If not, though, maybe the Dharma Initiative could use a new art director. [Verge/GQ]
