Jason Segel has signed on as the lead non-Muppet in Disney’s new Muppets movie, says the Hollywood Reporter, which comes as no great surprise, since he did write the script. He’ll play the guy tasked with reuniting the Muppets, and, somewhat ironically, he’ll be one of the film’s few characters wearing pants. [Heat Vision/HR]
