The Dallas Police Department said yesterday that it plans to cite Erykah Badu for disorderly conduct for prancing around the city’s streets in nothing but tattoos and hair. The timing of the decision is a little odd, as police had no problems with Badu’s naked video until it started making national headlines and attracting the ire of Bill O’Reilly’s blonde friend. Now the police are saying Badu will be cited and slapped with a $500 fine because there were children in the area of her naked stroll.
