Late Night: No Lost Blogs for Evangeline Lilly

Evangeline Lilly is a little embittered against Letterman for not watching the wildly popular Lost. Though he hasn’t followed the story arc, Letterman postulates the only thing that would make sense at this point would be the tried-and-true deus ex machina, to which Lilly retorts, “Why don’t you look at some blogs? There’s [sic] so many intelligent ones!” The only problem is, Lilly hasn’t read any either. On The Daily Show, Jon Stewart delivers another punch in the ongoing Ascot war by taking yet another stab at CNN Correspondent Roland Martin’s fashion choices. Laura Bush appeared on The Tonight Show to promote her new book. Leno shows her a picture of the Bushes having dinner with Vladimir Putin, and asks her if she’s a good cook. “No,” the former First Lady says, laughing. No small wonder—as she fed the Russian Prime Minister a bowl of “cereal, out of the box.” On The Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert invented an ‘Oil Containment Randomizer,’ with things like bundled futons and packing peanuts to help those unlucky folks at BP devise a way to soak up all that oil. Finally, Russell Crowe reveals to Craig Ferguson if he’s ever been sexually attracted to kangaroos. Watch our compilation to see what you missed.
