Simon Cowell wasn’t the only American Idol star leaving after last night’s finale — so why was he the only one incoherently roasted by Paula Abdul? According to TMZ, Rickey Minor — who’s replacing Kevin Eubanks on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show — “chewed out” producers backstage because he felt insulted that his six-season reign as Idol’s bandleader went unacknowledged on the show. He was so mad that he threatened to skip the after-party (he went, though, after Randy Jackson made a speech). We agree with Rickey — this is some bullshit. [TMZ]
